Job Role: English Teacher

Contract: Term-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 – £35,360 per annum (FTE)

Your Purpose

Here at R.E.A.L education (part of the Aurora Group) we are searching for an English Teacher to join our team. Your new role will be working closely with our English Curriculum Lead to develop innovative approaches to the curriculum that make English not only accessible but inspiring for our learners. At R.E.A.L we believe in making the curriculum flexible so you will have creative freedom in your approach. We Need

We need someone who has experience of delivering the English curriculum to learners with SEN super powers within an educational setting. You will need to be a qualified teacher with the ability to positively engage our learners by adapting sessions based on their individual needs and interests. Our learners need someone who is patient, passionate about their subject area and invested in our belief that every child has a future.

There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
