This provision provides learners with the opportunity to develop the skills needed to work within the motor vehicle industry. We have two separate venues where we provide this provision, one in Mansfield and one in Nottingham City Centre.
Whether young people wish to study motor vehicle (car or motorcycle), the course we offer will
equip them with the skills and knowledge required in the motor vehicle maintenance and repair
industry.
Our young technicians will experience life in a fully equipped motor vehicle workshop, maintaining and repairing cars and motorcycles in line with their progression through the curriculum.
Learners will work towards the following qualifications:
IMI Level 1 Award in Automotive Maintenance – 603/7605/3
IMI Level 1 Certificate in Automotive Maintenance – 603/7606/5
IMI Level 1 Diploma in Automotive Maintenance – 603/7607/7
L1 Award in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Awareness – 603/1465/5
