This provision provides learners with the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding in the catering and hospitality industry. 

This practical course will enable learners to fully understand the practicalities of working in this industry, supported by the theoretical knowledge required.  Learning takes place in a working kitchen environment and allows learners to develop front of house skills alongside their cookery skills.

Learners will work towards the following qualifications-

BIIAB Level 1 Award in Essentials of Catering

BIIAB NVQ Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking

BIIAB NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking
