Job Role: Talent Acquisitions Coordinator

Contract: 52 weeks Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week

Your Purpose

To support the growth and development of R.E.A.L. Education by attracting, recruiting and onboarding a  diverse range of skills within the business to drive our organisational objectives.

We Need

We are looking for a recruitment specialist who has experience within the education sector and is fully conversant with Safer Recruitment guidelines. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment, supporting recruiting managers and candidates through to Induction. This role will also be responsible for the onboarding of candidates and play a pivotal role in the design and organisation of our company induction programme. Our learners need someone that is passionate about sourcing the best candidates who are going to support our mission that every child has a future.

There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
