Job Role: Senior HR Advisor
Contract: Permanent , 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum (negotiable on experience)
R.E.A.L. Education has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and proactive HR Advisor to take their next step as our Senior HR Advisor. Our Senior HR Advisor will be our Employee Relations champion and an integral part of the HR team, providing day to day management for HR activities.
Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive employee relations experience, who is person-centred and resilient with a lot of integrity. The current HR team is in an exciting period of growth and development and they need someone who embraces change and leads by example.
As a member of the HR Team, you will be a role model for all line managers and act as their point of call for employee relations matters including absence monitoring, disciplinaries and grievances. Therefore, it is important that you have some experience of working with Ofsted regulations including safer recruitment practices and management of low level concerns. There will also be an expectation that the successful candidate will lead and coordinate HR projects to further enhance the employee experience and become an employer of choice.
