Job Role: Receptionist
Contract: Term-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,055 per annum (FTE), £20,261.80 (Pro Rata based on hours)
Your Purpose
Our Receptionists are at the heart of all of our R.E.A.L. Education sites and they are indispensable to the day to day activities across the organisation. As a Receptionist you will complete administrative tasks in a professional and efficient manner by working closely with all of our people and learners to provide a safe space in which our learners can thrive.
We Need
We pride ourselves on being innovative in our approach to everything we do and would like someone who can think outside of the box and be flexible in the way that they work. We need someone who has the ability to communicate using different methods and has the confidence to manage and provide an engaging and welcoming reception for all of our people, learners and visitors. We would ideally like someone who has some experience of working in an administrative role within an educational setting but welcome those who have an understanding of the key elements of providing an administrative function within an educational environment.
