Job Title: Mechanics Group Tutor

Salary: £19,637 – £24,380
R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education. We are seeking someone who has knowledge and experience of delivering a mechanic provision, ideally in a SEN/D provision.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, willing to roll up their sleeves to get stuck in and has some experience of working with young people who can sometimes display challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will work with small groups of learners in our mechanical workshop based in Mansfield. They will be part of a delivery team which is supported by the Mechanics Provision Manager to provide engaging and innovative mechanics sessions. This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Mechanic looking to progress into training or teaching.
In addition to your holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, we will offer you 5 days paid dependency leave a year, access to the company’s Westfield Health, support your continuous professional development and provide a bereavement insurance policy.
