Job Role: Learning Manager

Contract: Term-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 – £35,360 per annum (FTE)

Your Purpose

To effectively support our learners by case managing and coordinating their individualised learning pathways whilst advocating their physical and mental wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with various external agencies alongside our learner’s responsible adults to achieve positive outcomes for our children and young people.

We Need

We need a professional who has experience in case management within an educational setting, including safeguarding children and young people with additional complex needs. You need to have extensive knowledge of learning and development pathways available to children and young people and the ability to work holistically and innovatively to support the achievements of our learners. Our learners need someone who can advocate for them, encourage them to be the best versions of themselves and provide a safe learning environment for them to thrive. 

There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
