Job Role: Hub Manager
Contract: Term-time (39+2 weeks)/ Permanent
Salary: £36,500 – £39,500 per annum
Your Purpose
A very rewarding and challenging role has become available for an experienced and person-centred educator to join the R.E.A.L. Education family as a Hub Manager of our City Hub Site in Nottingham City Centre. The post holder will be site based and responsible for leading and overseeing what happens at this learning hub.
We Need
We need an innovative and hands-on professional who has some experience of either managing an educational setting or a school site, ideally within a SEN setting. Our successful candidate will also be someone who can and will be our on-site role model expected behaviours for teaching, learning and behaviour management, to help raise the standards of our provision.
For us and our learners, it is important that our successful applicant has a strong understanding and practical knowledge of working with young people who have SEN/ADHD/Autism and how to individualise learning and development appropriately.
There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
